Concept & Smart Home KNX electrical planning
- The concept and KNX electrical planning is essential for a real, fully networked smart home. In this planning process, the electrical equipment of the house/building and the outdoor areas is determined.
- Early coordination and exchange with other trades (architecture, interior design, heating-ventilation-air conditioning, kitchen, pool, etc.) is crucial for a perfect technical and architectural “total work of art”.
- Definition of the functions and automation in the form of a “specification sheet”. This describes exactly how the individual system components will function after completion. In order to create such a specification sheet, all functionalities of the installed system and devices must be known.
- We support demanding clients and construction projects throughout the D-A-CH region with our remote planning. Since the Corona period, we have increasingly implemented complex projects in coordination with all trades involved.
Commissioning and programming
- The commissioning of a networked building starts after the electrical installation. Once all components such as buttons/switches, sensors, detectors, panels, sockets and the control cabinets are wired up, the house can be brought to life!
- The properties and functions of the KNX system are now parameterized and programmed. One complex topic is the heating control of underfloor heating in conjunction with a ventilation or air conditioning system. Or the coordination of shading with different façade directions.
- Many hundreds of RGBW luminaires are often used, which only create the right atmosphere after proper commissioning and scenic integration.
- Multi-room audio is now almost a standard feature and is also integrated into the KNX system by us, including visualization.
KNX remote maintenance & troubleshooting
- Most networked KNX buildings can now be accessed remotely in encrypted form, saving you time and travel costs.
- The most common problems: Heating, ventilation or lighting often do not work as they should or sometimes fail completely. We can rectify most of these faults remotely and program and adjust the system properly.
- Our solutions: We efficiently make changes to server settings, multi-room audio systems and the graphical visualization (UX) remotely.
