§ 1 Scope of application and provider

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided to consumers (§ 13 BGB) Smartest Home SE, Am Buchberg 7A, D-82335 Berg am Starnberger See, Managing Director: Dipl.-Ing. Frank Völkel.

(hereinafter referred to as “Smartest Home”).

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our GTC by e-mail. You can also view and download the terms and conditions here on this page at any time. You can view your past orders in our customer login.

§ 3 Final provisions

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
