Commissioning & programming of a KNX building

During commissioning and programming, all components installed in the house and in the electrical control cabinet are parameterized and programmed. We always prepare the commissioning of a KNX Smart Home a few days in advance.

Preparation is carried out remotely in our office or workshop. This is the only way we can carry out commissioning on site within hours or days.

The cost of commissioning or programming depends on the size and equipment of the building and the individual wishes of the building owner.

Once commissioning has been completed, additional functions and programming as well as change requests can be carried out remotely. This means that on-site appointments are generally no longer necessary. Commissioning requires all components to be wired and connected correctly.

To ensure the latter, we carry out a comprehensive check-up before commissioning , which includes the correct connection of networked lights, shading, heating circuit actuators and network connections for touch panels and smart TVs, for example.

A KNX building is often commissioned shortly before the client moves in. It also includes setting up the frequently used multi-room audio system, the networked door intercom systems and the burglar alarm control panel or alarm system.
