These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided to consumers (\u00a7 13 BGB) Smartest Home SE, Am Buchberg 7A, D-82335 Berg am Starnberger See, Managing Director: Dipl.-Ing. Frank V\u00f6lkel.<\/p>\n

(hereinafter referred to as “Smartest Home”).<\/p>\n

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.<\/p>\n

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our GTC by e-mail. You can also view and download the terms and conditions here on this page at any time. You can view your past orders in our customer login. <\/p>\n

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
